Public playgrounds are very rarely designed by the users and our proposal offers a safe framework for children to have their adventure-play ideas realised. We used children’s design ideas to guide our proposal for a safe, adventurous play area. We saw our sculptures as a 3D framework for the children’s ideas, celebrating their games, activities and imaginations.
